Institute of Technology & Science, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, organized a one-day Boot Camp on “Lean Startup & MVP” for the MCA (2026–28) Batch on 15th September 2026.

The session was led by Mr. Adarsh Rai, Co-Founder & CMO, An Additional Pie, who introduced students to key concepts of entrepreneurship, startup ideation, Lean Startup methodology, customer discovery, idea validation, value proposition, business model development, and Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

Through interactive discussions, brainstorming activities, and real-world startup case studies, students learned how to identify genuine customer problems, develop technology-driven solutions, build basic MVPs, test ideas with potential users, and improve products based on feedback. The session highlighted the importance of the Build–Measure–Learn approach, experimentation, resource optimization, and continuous market validation.

The boot camp received an enthusiastic response from students and provided valuable practical exposure to startup development and entrepreneurial thinking. Students gained insights into customer validation, market research, rapid prototyping, and the importance of testing ideas before investing significant resources.
